Bulgartransgaz notifies all users, holders of signed Access and Transport Contracts for 2017 -2018 gas year, whose term of validity expires on 1 October 2018, that if they wish to renew their access to the gas transmission networks they must submit An Access Application (using a template) by 25.09.2018.
The Application must be accompanied by updated documents, enabling the check of circumstances under article 2(2) of the Rules for access to the gas transmission and/or gas distribution networks and gas storage facilities (the Rules), and namely – the company is not subject of ongoing insolvency proceedings, liquidation proceedings and has not been declared bankrupt – Annex 1 to the Application.
You must enclose excerpts from the Trade Register to the Application, showing the updated legal status of the company who applies to be granted access – Annex 2 to the Application. In case the Application shall be signed by a person who is not entered in the Trade Register as the person representing the company, the Application must be accompanied with the relevant Power of Attorney.
All documents must show the updated legal status of the company (at the date of the Application) and must be issued no earlier than one month prior to the date of the Application.

Ancillary Agreement to the Access and Transport Contract, the Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Natural Gas for Balancing and the Contract for VTP Use will be given to all users, holders of signed contracts for 2017 -2018 gas year, who successfully passed the check for access, to sign the renewal of their term of validity for 2018 – 2019 gas year, to be effective by 1 October 2019.
