Bulgartransgaz EAD donates materials and instruments for nearly BGN 15 thousand for the cleaning and restoration of the municipalities Varna and Dobrich. Today, 26 June 2014, in line with a need announced by the Bulgarian Red Cross, the Company has sent to the flood-hit regions shovels, brooms, hoses, construction trucks, buckets, bags for waste removal, working gloves, protective filtering half masks and other goods which at this time are still needed for cleaning and drainage of the affected sites.
The heavy-freight vehicle will deliver the donation in Dobrich and Varna tomorrow, 27 June 2014 in line with the needs of each of the two municipalities in concert with the services of the Bulgarian Red Cross.
At the same time, as of 25 June 2014, 43 Bulgartransgaz employees from two Operating Regions – the Northeastern Region Valchi dol and the Southeastern Stara Zagora fitted with equipment of the Company have been actively involved in the campaign to restore the flood damages in Dobrich. Their work is expected to continue depending on the need of volunteers in the city.
Bulgartransgaz EAD is compassionate to the problems in the affected areas in the country and will continue to contribute to the timely recovery.
