Bulgartransgaz EAD submitted for approval by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission a model of harmonized Transport and Storage Contract.
The contract is developed in line with the requirements of Regulation (ЕC) 715/2009 on the provision of transparent and equal access to gas transmission networks and storage facilities and guarantees the provision of storage services at equivalent contractual conditions. The contract is also developed in line with the requirements of “Rules for access to the gas transmission and/or gas distribution networks and natural gas storage facilities” approved by the SEWRC with Decision P-1 of 14 March 2013.
In accordance with the good European practices at the time of drafting the Contract Bulgartransgaz EAD conducted consultations with potential clients of the gas storage facility and their proposals were taken into account.
The model harmonized Transport and Storage Contract developed by Bulgartransgaz EAD is in line with the corporate policy to strictly comply with the requirements of the Third Energy liberalization package.
