ALLOCATION PROCEDURE OF MONTHLY FIRM BUNDLED CAPACITY PRODUCTS AT IP KULATA/SIDIROKASTRO FOR JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER OF GAS YEAR 1 OCTOBER 2016 – 1 OCTOBER 2017

Dear partners,

We would like to inform you that regarding obligations under Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 establishing a Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms in Gas Transmission Systems and the forthcoming amendment of the Interconnection Agreement at Kulata/Sidirokastro as of 01.06.2017, Bulgartransgaz EAD will conduct a monthly firm capacity products allocation procedure for gas year 2016-2017 at IP Kulata/Sidirokastro via the Reginal Booking Platform in line with ENTSOG standard auction calendar, as follows:

The service shall be offered as bundled product jointly with the Greek TSO – DESFA S.A. where users shall get together entry and exit capacity on both sides of the interconnection point.

The service shall be carried out upon signing the respective amendments in the Interconnection Agreement at IP Kulata/Sidirokastro, and we commit to inform you on this in due course.

Future users shall note that in line with the Greek legislation there is a registration regime in force for natural gas trade activities.

Existing and future users of gas transmission networks shall be informed that the application and capacity allocation both for IPs and domestic points of the system shall be made via the Regional Capacity Booking Platform (RBP) where a user registration is required.

Granting access to the gas transmission networks owned by Bulgartransgaz EAD shall be made in line with the procedures and terms and conditions of the Rules for access to the gas transmission and/or gas distribution networks and the natural gas storage facilities effective as of 27 December, 2016.
