Following a public consultation with the interested parties, by Decision on Protocol № 141/04.12.2012 of Bulgartransgaz EAD Board of Directors, the Rules on the conditions and procedure for providing natural gas transmission services to customers through Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission network for transit transmission, the General terms and conditions of the contracts for natural gas transmission through Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission network for transit transmission and the Transport Contract for natural gas transmission through Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission network for transit transmission, have been approved.
The documents were submitted to the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission for approval.

These documents shall come into force after their approval by SEWRC, after their publication in one national, in one daily local newspaper and on Bulgartransgaz EAD website and also after agreement upon prices for access and transmission, approved by the SEWRC and based on entry-exit tariff model, whichever of the three events occurs last.
