In connection with the death of Mr Georgi Gegov, member of the Management Board and Executive Director of Bulgartransgaz EAD, we would like to advise you that by virtue of decisions of the Management and Supervisory Boards of the company, Mrs Tanya Zaharieva, member of the Management Board, has been authorised to represent Bulgartransgaz EAD in front of third parties by the end of the launched procedure before the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) on the selection of a new member of the Management Board and respectively the selection of an Executive Director of Bulgartransgaz EAD.
By virtue of a decision of the Supervisory Board Mr Vladimir Malinov has been appointed a new member of Bulgartransgaz EAD Management Board, whereas EWRC must deliver an opinion within a three-week term as of the start of the procedure before the Commission.
