Dear Panthers,
Regarding the requirement to secure a credit limit under the Contract for Natural Gas Access and Transport through Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission networks, we would like to inform you:
For the annual, quarterly, monthly capacity products booked so far, as well as for the allocated day ahead and within-day capacity products for gas day 1 October 2017 to the capacity products for gas day including 9 October, 2017, the Users shall secure the credit limit required for these products until 16 October, 2017.
For gas day 10 October, 2017 and after that date, the booking of capacity products will be possible only if there is credit limit available as set out in the Contract and the General Terms and Conditions thereto.
The credit limit shall be secured in one of the following forms:
1. Cash deposit to a bank account:

2. Bank Guarantee:
To be drawn-up in line with the requirements laid down in article 8 of the Contract for Natural Gas Access and Transport through Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission networks.
The cash deposit amounts shall be credited to the Operator's account at the latest within the day preceding the respective auction for a capacity product.
The bank guarantee shall be submitted in original at the latest within the day preceding the respective auction for a capacity product.
For auctions hold on holidays, the bank guarantee shall be submitted, respectively the deposit amounts shall have been credited to the Operator's bank account within the last business day.
