In fulfillment of the obligation under article 38 of the Energy Act (amended and supplemented SG No. 54/17.07.2012) to elaborate Rules on the conditions for providing customers with energy services as well as in relation to the obligation to ensure a transparent and non-discriminatory access to the gas transmission system arising out of Regulation (EC) 715/2009, Bulgartransgaz EAD as owner and operator of the natural gas transmission network, has developed a draft of the Rules on the conditions for providing customers with natural gas transmission services through Bulgartransgaz EAD national transmission network.

Draft of the General Terms and Conditions for natural gas transmission through Bulgartransgaz EAD national transmission network and draft of the Natural Gas Transport Contract have been developed for the purpose of rules implementation.
With regard to the obligations arising out of Regulation (EC) 715/2009, the operators of gas transmission networks to offer the same service on equal contractual terms and conditions, Bulgartransgaz EAD developed draft of the General Terms and Conditions for natural gas transmission through Bulgartransgaz EAD national transmission network and draft of the Natural Gas Transport Contract have been developed for the purpose of rules implementation. After summary and discussion of the comments received by Bulgartransgaz EAD, the final version of the Rules, the General Terms and Conditions for Natural Gas Transmission and the Natural Gas Transport Contract will be submitted to SEWRC for approval.
