Bulgartransgaz EAD would like to inform the current and future clients of the natural gas storage in UGS Chiren service that the injection period for the forthcoming 2015-2016 gas year is expected to start as of 01.05.2015 in execution of the signed trade contracts.
The beginning of injection based on commercial storage capacity has also taken into the type and duration of the forthcoming repair works on Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission network and the schedule of natural gas injection under section IV of the Emergency Action Plan.
In line with Art. 28, para 1, item 1 of the Rules on the access to the natural gas transmission and/or distribution networks and access to the natural gas storage facilities (approved by SEWRC Decision No P-1 of 14.03.2013) no later than 30 calendar days prior to beginning of the respective injection period, the Operator of the natural gas storage facility shall announce on its website the capacity available for storage in the gas storage by gas months, as well as the firm and interruptible capacity for injection and withdrawal offered to the potential clients throughout the gas year.
In compliance with this requirement, Bulgartransgaz EAD will announce the capacity available for injection and withdrawal by gas months for gas year 2015-2016, to be allocated no later than 31.03.2015, whereas the deadline for submission of storage capacity applications will be no less than 7 days as of the date of its announcement (Art. 28, para 1, item 4 of the Rules on the access to the natural gas transmission and/or distribution networks and access to the natural gas storage facilities
