Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/459 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems, Bulgartransgaz EAD has launched a process of assessment of the demand for incremental capacity at interconnection points.
The process takes place every odd-numbered year, with the first phase being submission of non-binding capacity demand forecasts by network users.
Bulgartransgaz EAD informs the current and potential users of the gas transmission network about the possibility to submit their non-binding forecasts for incremental capacity demand at interconnection points. The information should be submitted within eight weeks of the annual auction for annual capacity, i.e. by 30 August, 2021.

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, Transmission System Operators will publish their joint Demand Evaluation Reports within 16 weeks of the annual auction for annual capacity (25 October, 2021).
