Having regard to the obligation arising out from Regulation (ЕC) 715/2009 for the transmission system operators to offer the same service to different clients under equal contractual terms, Bulgartransgaz EAD developed a draft of harmonized contract for natural gas transmission along Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission network for transit transmission. The Contract draft can be found here.
By 05.00 pm local time, on 27.08.2012, any interested party can submit their written notes, comments and suggestions to the published draft by email at: info@bulgartransgaz.bg; by fax at 925 00 63; in person or courier service to the following address:

If you choose to use the courier service, your suggestion must be received at the address indicated above by 05.00 pm local time on 27.08.2012 so as to be reviewed.
Bulgartransgaz EAD will discuss and summarize the received comments before making public the final Contract version on its Internet site, immediately after its approval by the company’s Board of Directors.
