Bulgartransgaz notifies all users with concluded Transport and access contracts with their General terms and conditions, as well as Contracts for purchase and sale of natural gas for balancing and Contracts for use of Virtual Trading Point, which expire on October 1, 2019, that they may renew their validity also for gas year 2019-2020.
For this purpose, they should submit an application for access to the gas transmission network (in the standard form, in Bulgarian or English) and submit up-to-date documents proving the legal status of the company, namely:
Excerpt from the Commercial Register according to the company place of registration;
Documents proving that the company has not been declared bankrupt or liquidated and is not in the process of declaring bankruptcy and liquidation.
All documents shall be presented in original in the language in which they were issued, accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian or English. The translation should be certified by Apostille under 1961 Hague Convention and endorsed by a sworn (registered) translator.
The Applications, together with the above documents, can be sent at any time to access@bulgartransgaz.bg. The originals should be received at Bulgartransgaz Registry office no later than 30.09.2019, either in person or by courier to:
