Implementing the requiremetns of Regulation (EU) No. 312/2014 of 26 March. 2014 establishing a Network Code on Gas Balancing of Transmission Networks, and the basic Rules on natural gas trade (SG No. 59/2015 in force of 04.08.2015) Bulgartransgaz EAD in the capacity of a balancing party and an operator of the gas transmission system drawn-up a draft of the Balancing Rules on the Natural Gas Market, a Draft of the Daily Imbalance Charge Calculation Methodology and a Draft of the Contract for Natural Gas Purchase and Sale for Banalcing Purposes. Following the consultation held with the stakeholders, the set of documents establishing a new balancing regime shall be sent for an approval by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commision (EWRC).

By 24.03.2016 all stakeholders may sent to the official e-mail: info@bulgartransgaz.bg their positions on the documents. Following the review and assessment of the appropriateness of the positions submitted, they will be taken into account in finalizing the documents in view of their submittion for approval by the EWRC.
