In accordance to the active legislative acts and the conditions of the license for natural gas transmission on the territory of Bulgaria, Bulgartransgaz presents to your attention draft Contract for natural gas transmission.
The draft Contract for natural gas transmission will stay on Bulgartransgaz website until 11 December 2009.
Within this period we invite you to send your well grounded notes and suggestions, which to be taken into consideration in the draft Contract as a whole or upon particular articles there.

After the aforementioned deadline, the comments received by Bulgartransgaz will be summarized and possibly reflected in the contents of the final draft Contract.
The final draft in its capacity as harmonized draft Contract for natural gas transmission shall be submitted to the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission for approval.
