With a view to increasing its gas transmission network reliability, Bulgartransgaz ЕАD undertakes measures for modernizing the control systems of two of its compressor stations – CS Valchi Dol and CS Polski Senovets, including modernization of gas compressor units control systems. These stations are located along the main gas pipeline and serve to secure various operating regimes of the system.
According to results from a preliminary investigation for determining the possibilities and the ways for implementation of the modernizations foreseen, the scope of works which will be executed is as follows:
- Investment designing, coordination with the competent specialized public supervision authorities, including construction license obtaining;
- Supply of the necessary equipment, parts and materials for execution of the modernization;
- Construction and installation works, including installation of the new control systems and their connection to the adjacent existing equipment, pulling and wiring electric and instrumentation and automation cables, etc.
- Setting and putting in operation, site testing, accepting and commissioning the newly installed control systems in compliance with the requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation;
- Submission of the whole technical and executive documentation – construction documents and executive drawings; operating and repair documentation; quality documents, etc. for all activities being a subject-matter of the modernization.
- Training of Bulgartransgaz ЕАD specialists.
- Warranty service of the newly installed control systems.
- Engagements for post-warranty maintenance and service, for provision of spare parts, technical assistance, etc.
